Riverside Restoration
Hundred-year-old Riverside home renovation, funded by FEMA. This historical house was raised 5 feet off the original foundation, and a new higher foundation was constructed. The historic exterior and interior elements were restored and rebuilt, with a new kitchen and handicapped bathroom included. A new driveway, landscaping, and tankless gas water heater are part of the project. Award‑winning craftsmanship.
