Jeffrey E. Schaefer, A.I.A., Architect and General Contractor, has a professional architectural degree from the University of Florida. Jeffrey is a member of the American Institute of Architecture, Northeast Florida Home Builders Association, and is an NCARB Certificate Holder. Jeffrey is a former Chairman of the State of Florida Architectural Licensing Board, the Clay County Zoning Board of Appeals, and a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition.

Jane B. Schaefer
Jane B. Schaefer, Administration and Quality Control Administrator, has an associate degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville, was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and was a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. Jane has over 30 years of experience with construction administration and quality control.
